The Chamber of Women in Business will soon develop a set of standards for businesses to follow to be able to provide women-friendly service.

 We would like your assistance in sharing your observations of the service you receive. 

What makes a good service?  What makes the service experience negative for you as a woman? And how do you think businesses can improve their service to be women-friendly.
